Playoffs for the 2008 Fall Freshman Quiz League were held on Saturday, November 15, at Old Union. Congratulations to One Nation, Under Lucie, representing Stern, who defeated Think-Alottas 2, representing Rinconada, in the finals to become this year's Freshman Quiz League champions.

Think-Alottas 1 defeated Smarter than Sarah in the third-place match.

The top two teams, in addition to four all-star individuals, were awarded books from the Stanford Bookstore.
