Here is a sampling of sites on human population that we've found useful (not a comprehensive list).
The United Nations Population Fund helps developing countries find solutions to their population problems. They have recently published The State of World Population 2001. This report provides information recent trends and developments in population and their impact on the environment.

PLANetWIRE is an online newsroom for journalists who want the latest information about international family planning, population, reproductive health and the environment.

PopInform is an extensive online database provided by the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, offering searchable access to a bibliography of citations and abstracts on population, family planning, and related health issues.

The Population Environment Research Network offers another searchable database of literature.

The United Nations Population Division is a good source for reports on population numbers, trends, and predictions.
