Workshops are open to students, faculty and staff and their spouses/significant others. The seminars are on a wide range of topics in the areas of work/life balance, parenting, and elder care. Some recent topics include sleeplessness, protecting yourself from identity theft, estate planning, discipline strategies for parents, adoption, setting limits for adolescents, when your parents need extra care, and advance directives.
