Welcome to the Judicial Affairs Office

Stanford University's Office of Judicial Affairs (within the Office of the Dean of Students) administers the student judicial process for Stanford and works toward an honest and responsible community. Under the process, students are held accountable for adhering to established community standards including Stanford's Fundamental Standard and the Honor Code.

Judicial Affairs strives to adjudicate cases of alleged misconduct in a fair, responsible and timely manner emphasizing Stanford's core values of respect, trust and integrity. In addition, Judicial Affairs works to create a framework through which many members of the Stanford community can take advantage of educational opportunities and participate in discussions about the Honor Code, the Fundamental Standard and the University's core values.

Judicial Affairs works directly with the Stanford community to help solve problems. Faculty, staff, students and other members of the Stanford community are encouraged to consult with the Judicial Affairs staff. To set up an appointment, please call (650) 725-2485 .
