STUDENT ARTS
Student Arts is an effort to consolidate all arts-related information, resources, tools, and of course fun extras into a single site. Student Arts is a flexible "community" of information, students, staff, and resources. It is a platform to showcase work, stories, and creations. It is a place to engage, connect, and discover what's happening on campus. It is an online community of arts-engaged students at Stanford. http://arts.stanford.edu/students
SICA
The Stanford Institute for Creativity & the Arts (SiCa) is the institutional arm of the Arts Initiative. Created in 2006 with seed funding from the Office of the President, SiCa is the nerve center for arts on campus. SiCa serves as a nexus for new arts partnerships across and beyond campus, provides seed funding for new campus arts ventures, and works to infuse art into student life at the curricular, extra-curricular and residential levels. http://arts.stanford.edu/
ARTS GRANT PROGRAM
The Arts Grant Program provides monetary support to undergraduate student artists, enabling them to create diverse art to benefit the Stanford community. http://arts.stanford.edu/grants
CANTOR ARTS CENTER
The Cantor Arts Center's diverse collections span continents, cultures, and 4,000 years of art history and include the largest gathering of Rodin bronzes outside Paris. See a wide range of changing exhibitions and take advantage of docent tours, lectures, gallery talks, symposia, classes, and special events. Explore, participate, and visit often. http://museum.stanford.edu
STANFORD LIVELY ARTS
Stanford Lively Arts is the premier arts presenter and producer in Silicon Valley. Now entering its 39th year at Stanford University, Lively Arts reaches a diverse audience through performances of music, theater, dance, spoken word, and multimedia works and is a destination for artists developing new work. Lively Arts strives to offer audiences a window into the creative process as well as a forum for exploration and discussion. http://livelyarts.stanford.edu
Student Groups
Extra-curricular arts organizations are a fundamental part of campus life and contribute to a culture of creativity and learning on campus. More than 100 arts-related student organizations flourish at Stanford, involving approximately 1,500 students year-round in performances, publications, education and community service. From dance to music to visual arts and film, Stanford students do it all.
