Reporting Your Hours

As you know, in addition to tutoring, your other main duty is reporting  your hours via Axess Timecard.

Axess Timecard

Drop-in undergraduate peer consultants usually report 4 hours a week (or 8 hours per two-week pay period); to do less or more tutoring than 4 hours a week, see Vania for approval.

Resident Writing Tutors usually report 7 hours a week (or 14 hours per two-week pay period); that's 6 hours of tutoring plus one hour for the weekly dorm staff meeting.  Again, to do less or more than the usual 6 hours a week, see Vania. The pay period is two weeks, so be SURE you meet the deadline for reporting your hours every two weeks; if you don't, we'll have trouble getting you paid the right amount in a timely way.

See Vania Sciolini with ANY questions or problems you may have when reporting your hours via Axess Timecard.
