Rodin by Moonlight
September 26, 2009

This year marks the eighth presentation of Rodin by Moonlight, the Cantor Arts Center's biennial black-tie fundraiser. Recognizing the current economic climate, the Center's staff and volunteers carefully considered the decision to hold the event this year. They reached out to the museum's friends, who encouraged them to move forward because of the belief that during this time, the Center's role as an enriching and educational resource was more important than ever. The museum offers an exceptional experience free of charge to all, and Rodin by Moonlight continues to provide a crucial source of support in sustaining the museum's excellence.

We are pleased to announce that Dianne and Tad Taube will be this year’s Honorary Chairs.

Once again, Rodin by Moonlight will delight guests with its signature features of fine art and wine, creative cuisine, lively music and joyful camaraderie.  The evening begins with a cocktail reception followed by an exquisite dining experience, created exclusively for Rodin by Moonlight by celebrity guest chef Charles Phan of The Slanted Door, working with Paula Le Duc Fine Catering. Following dinner, guests will dance the night away to the eclectic sounds of Big City Review.

The 2009 Rodin by Moonlight Committee includes Stefanie Lingle Beasley, Charlene Cogan, Jacque Jarve, Sandy Levison, Lisa Mooring, and Wendy Rohn, and advisory co-chairs Melissa Badger and Julie Terrell Hooper.

The event takes place Saturday, September 26. To inquire about attending, please call 650-736-1667.
