Congratulations to Slavic minor Daniel Le, who won a Fulbright to study math in Moscow next year. In his own words, "For the 2009-2010 academic year, I will be studying mathematics at the Independent University of Moscow (a top Russian mathematics university). I'll be taking classes in English and in Russian, and I'll be researching number theory with Professor Tsfasman." We wish Daniel all success.
