The Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures has been authorized a new position and will be conducting a search for an Assistant Professor, tenure track, with the main area of expertise broadly defined as Russian literature and culture (Ph.D. preferred at the time of application and required at the time of appointment). The Department will be advertising and conducting a regular search in the fall 2008. We hope make the new appointment effective September 1, 2009.
