Rental Policy & Application

SCRA members may sponsor parties at the club through our rental program. Member sponsors must be in attendance at, and assume responsibility for, the entire event.

Groups of 20 or more may reserve the barbecue area and clubhouse between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Other, typically smaller, groups may also schedule parties during the day at the discretion of the manager. Our objective
is to interfere with member use of the facilities as little
as possible.

Parties share use of the pool and deck areas with other club members who are present at the club. They may use open tennis courts, but may be "bounced" if club members wish to use the courts.

Rules for Party Rentals
Before The Party
Phone SCRA Management (650)-736-7272, 5 days before your party rental date
to confirm set up time, lifeguard hours, and any other important details.

After The Party

1. CLUBHOUSE - Check the floor surface and sweep if necessary picking up litter and put into trash cans.
   
   
2. KITCHEN(s) - If used, all surfaces must be clean.
   Make sure all garbage is off the floor and counter into trash cans.
   
   
3. PICNIC & BBQ AREAS - Return chairs, benches, and tables to their original position. Pick up litter.
   Clean barbeque grills and extinguish any fires in pits.
   
   
4. POOL DECK AREA - Return chairs and tables to their original place. Remove litter from the deck area and clean up any spills.
   
   
5. All trash can bags will be taken to dumpster by janitorial staff at night along with any additional cleanup.
   
   
6. LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN YOU LEAVE. Please check all doors to clubhouse, and front gate entrance to club turning off any manually switched lights.
