Inspection Protocol
House inspections will occur on an as needed basis.
- Any action required to be performed by the house residents will
be written on a Cleaning Inspection Form or the house manager will
be informed via electronic mail, phone, or voice mail
- Due dates will accompany the action required
- The action items will be reinspected by the Facilities Supervisor
- Any action item not completed by the specified due date may be corrected
by the university and the house billed for the service
- If a house repeatedly fails to meet University cleaning, health
and safety standards, Residential Education and Housing Facilities
and Services administration will confer, and a decision will be made
as to whether the house will continue to be student-managed
