How to Request an Official Electronic Transcript in Axess

Students and Alumni who have access to Axess can request an official electronic transcript directly through Axess on the Student Center Tab.

1. Select the Request Official Transcript from the “Academics” drop down menu.

2. Select the appropriate transcript type and then from the drop down menu select the “Electronic Delivery Request” option.

3. This will allow you to send the transcript electronically by entering a desired contact name in the “Send to” field along with a valid email address where you would like the electronic transcript to be sent.

Can I request an official electronic transcript if I no longer have access to log into Axess?

Yes, students who graduated after 1986 can complete the paper transcript request form. We are unable to provide electronic transcripts for students who graduated prior to 1986. You must indicate in the special instructions area that you would like to have the transcript send electronically; include an email address where you would like the electronic transcript to be sent. Mail or fax the form to the Registrar’s Office: Office of the University Registrar, 630 Serra St., Suite 120, Stanford, CA 94305-6032 or fax 650.725.7248.
