May 1, 2009 Deadline for spring residents in Single Graduate, Couples without Children and Students with Children Housing to file termination of occupancy (TOC) forms to move out at the end of spring term or mid-summer (if eligible) and be released from contract without a fee. May 2, 2009 $100 administrative fee begins for students who turn in late termination of occupancy forms.

June 5, 2009 Continuous Assignments begin and continue every weekday until July 24 for Couples without Children and Student with Children Housing.
June 8, 2009 Deadline for undergraduates assigned to Single Graduate Housing for autumn to request that their summer assignment be changed to match their autumn assignment. Submit a Summer Housing Change Request form.
June 9, 2009 Summer Walk-ins for single students begin, and are held Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. through Thursday, June 18.
June 12, 2009 Spring move-out date for students living in Undergraduate housing (except those participating in Commencement.)
June 12, 2009 Spring move-out date for Schwab residents. Residents arrange through the Schwab front desk staff to stay for graduation weekend.
June 13, 2009 Spring move-out date for all Single Undergraduate housing, except those participating in commencement (by 8am).

June 19, 2009 Last day to file summer termination of occupancy and move off-campus.
June 20, 2009 Summer residences open. Check in from 1 to 5 p.m. for students not living on campus during Spring Quarter. (Students living on campus during spring should refer to the spring-summer move chart for their move date.)
All undergraduates should check in at the Manzanita Park Housing Front Desk.

July 2, 2009 English for Foreign Students (EFS) contracts begin. Check in during regular office hours (see Summer Housing Directory). Students must check in by Tuesday, July 7.
July 12, 2009 Last day of contract for students in Single Graduate, Couples without Children and Student with Children housing who filed a summer termination of occupancy card by the appropriate deadline and chose this end date; move out by 5 p.m.
July 24, 2009 Last day of Summer Walk-ins and Continuous Assignments.
July 31, 2009 Last day to request to extend or shorten housing contracts or change Summer-Autumn Interim Housing selection, if eligible. Submit a Summer Housing Change Request form.

August 2, 2009 Last day of contract for students in Single Graduate, Couples without Children and Student with Children housing who filed a summer termination of occupancy card by the appropriate deadline and chose this end date; move out by 5 p.m.
August 16, 2009 Last day of 8-week, EFS, Graduation Quarter, and high school contracts (noon for undergraduates; 5 p.m. for Graduate Housing).
August 16, 2009 Dining service ends with brunch for students with 8-week, Graduation Quarter, and high school contracts.

September 1, 2009 Last day of summer contract for students in Single Graduate, Couples without Children and Student with Children Housing in Autumn. Autumn contract begins on this date.
September 2, 2009 Last day of 10-week contracts for undergraduate students who did not request summer-autumn interim housing. Move out by noon.
September 2, 2009 Last day of 10-week contracts for single graduates, couples without children and students with children not living on campus in Autumn, move out by 5 p.m.
September 2, 2009 Dining services ends with lunch for students with 10-week contracts.
