Meeting Planning for Academic Year Conferences
While Stanford Conference Services does not provide campus housing and meal packages during the academic year (September 15 – June 15), we do provide Meeting Planning Services on a year-round basis to assist academically sponsored programs with financial management, off-campus housing and meal accommodations, meeting venues, travel arrangements, and many other types of program support.
