Additionally, Stanford Dining is the first university food service in the US to be certified green and given an “A” grade in food and recycling by the Sustainable Endowments Institute in 2008.

Premiere Plan (for adult programs residing in the Escondido Village studio apartments)
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring special selections prepared by our chefs, are served buffet-style in Branner dining hall. Flexible meal plan options may be available for the Premiere packages; please contact your Conference Coordinator/Manager for further details.

Standard dining hall hours (subject to change) are as follows: Breakfast (7:00am - 8:30am); Lunch (11:30am - 1:00pm); Dinner (5:00pm - 6:30pm).

Box Lunches, Refreshments, and Special Dietary Meals
Stanford Dining can prepare box lunches for field trips and arrange refreshment breaks and late night snacks for your conference. Should your program include special dietary needs, our staff will work with you to create suitable menu options.
Dining Hall Rental
Would you like to have an ice cream social or a karaoke night? The dining halls and courtyards may be rented for special events based on availability and type of request. Requests must be made at least one month prior to your arrival on campus.
Guest Meal Tickets
Do you have a VIP Guest or a Speaker dining with your conferees? Tickets are available for conference guests who are:
- not residing in the residences
- not remaining for the entire conference
- arriving early or staying over
Order as many meal tickets as you like in advance, and get a full refund for any unused tickets!
Prepaid meal cards (available in any amount) are accepted at all Stanford Hospitality & Auxiliaries’ retail cafés and Manzanita Dining.
Eat More, Spend Less! Receive 10 bonus Cardinal Dollars for every card valued at $100 or more.
