2008 SUMMER HOUSING
Check ins for Summer Housing will be on June 21 from 1 - 5 pm.
· Undergraduate students living in Wilbur and Manzanita Park (Castano and Lantana) should check in at Wilbur Hall.
· Undergraduate students living in Mirrielees should check in at the Mireelees Housing Front Desk.
· Graduate students living in Escondido Village should check in at the Escondido Village Housing Front Desk.
· Graduate students living in Rains should check in at the Rains Housing Front Desk.
· Graduate students living in Lyman should check in at the Lagunita Housing Front Desk.
· Graduate students living in Crothers Memorial should check in at the Wilbur Hall.
· Students arriving after 5 pm will need to pick up their keys at the Graduate Community Center Housing Front Desk.
· If you would like to cancel, you may do so via Axess (R&DE Application link -> View/Respond to Assignment section) through June 13 for a $100 cancellation fee. On June 14 the fee increases to $200.
· If you were not assigned or have not applied yet, participate in Walk-ins beginning Tuesday, June 10.

2008-09 AUTUMN HOUSING
· The first round of assignments have been announced. Please check Axess for your assignment results.
· Assignment round statistics are available for the Undergraduate Housing Draw.
· Assignment round statistics are available for Single Graduates, Couples without Children, Students with Children.
· If you have been assigned, you do not need to do anything more to confirm the assignment!
· If your group was split, you may file a petition to be reunited. The deadline to turn in the form is Friday, May 30.
· If you would like to request reassignment, go to Axess R&DE Application link -> View/Respond to Assignment section to join the Waiting List.
· If you would like to cancel, you may do so online through June 13. The cancellation fee is $50. On June 14 the fee increases to $100.
· If you were not assigned or have not applied yet, please join the Waiting List by July 12. (Axess R&DE Application link -> Submit Application section).
