Rent is billed quarterly/semestrally on the University Bill. Check the rates chart listed on the Apartment Descriptions page for more detailed information on each complex. Students pay a prorated rate based on their beginning contract date. Rates are approximate and subject to change.
For law students, the autumn bill is 4 months. the spring bill is 4.2 months, and the summer bill is 3.8 months. For all other students, the autumn bill is 4 months, the winter bill is 3 months, the spring bill is 2.5 months, and the summer bill is 2.5 months.
No utilities are included in the rent at Oak Creek. At Stanford West, garbage pick-up is included in the rent. It is the responsibility of each Oak Creek and Stanford West resident to be sure that utility bills are switched into the name of one of the apartment occupants, and that all utility bills are paid on time.
