Click on the name of the complex to view a detailed description.

Number of Units: The number of units listed for each complex on the detailed description pages is the total number of units Stanford is currently leasing at that complex for the 2008-2009 academic year, not the number of vacancies.

Floor Plans: Individual floor plans may vary at each complex so the floor plans shown on the detailed description pages may not be the same as the apartment to which you are assigned. Floor plans are not available for some complexes. Printed copies of pamphlets and floor plans for some apartments are available at the Community Housing office.

Online Descriptions: We have included links to other web sites that have more detailed information--including photos and floor plans--for an apartment complex.

Rental Rates: The rental rate codes listed in the apartment chart below are for academic year 2008-09, which begins on September 1, 2008. The specific rates for each year are listed on the apartment complex description pages. Rents listed are specifically for Stanford University students who are assigned through the Stanford University Off Campus Subsidized Housing Program only.

Miles from Campus and Driving Time: "Miles from Campus" and "Driving Time" listed in the chart below are based on the "fastest route" from the center of campus to the apartment complex, according to Mapquest.com. Actual distance and driving time may vary.

Further Information: Please do not ask apartment managers questions about the assignment process; they do not know anything about the process or your chance of assignment. For any Stanford-specific information about assignments, rent, policies, et cetera, contact Community Housing by calling (650) 723-3906 or by sending an e-mail to subsidizedhousing@stanford.edu.
