Instructions. To submit a listing to the Community
Housing database, you will need to complete the rental
listing form, which you can download from the left column of this page. You may submit a photograph, floor plan, or other
image for display on the web display of your listing by e-mailing them as attachments to the Community Housing e-mail account..
If you have listed the rental with Community Housing since the summer of 2007, please call Community Housing
at (650) 723-3906 and we will modify the pre-existing
listing rather than creating a duplicate.
If it has not been listed since then, please call or send an e-mail to request a Word version of the listing form or download the form using the link on the left side of this page.
Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed (and perhaps edited) by a staff member.
Usually, it will be posted the same day, but during especially
busy times it may not be posted until the next business
day. The information will be available to Stanford affiliates
24 hours through this web site. Your
ad will run for 30 days, or until you notify us
that it is rented. If your vacancy is filled before it expires,
we ask that you inform the Community Housing office
so that a staff member may remove the listing from the database.

Photographs and Other Images. You may e-mail photographs, floorplans and other documents to be attached to your rental listing as a link. They should be in the JPEG format or PDF documents. Please e-mail only one or two at a time, as extra-large e-mails will not be delivered. E-mails should be sent to communityhousing@lists.stanford.edu.
