Saturday, June 1, 2013 (All day) $250 Late Termination Fee Begins for filing to leave at the end of Spring Quarter

$250 administrative fee begins for students who file a late Termination of Occupancy form to move out at the end of Spring Quarter.

 

Termination of Occupancy Fee Schedule for leaving at the end of Spring Quarter*

  • May 3, 2013 or before = no fee
  • May 4 - May 31, 2013 = $100
  • June 1 - June 14, 2013 = $250
  • June 15 or after = $450

*These dates apply only to students who have signed full-year contracts. Students who have signed academic-year only contracts do not need to complete a Termination of Occupancy form for the end of Spring Quarter because their Residence Agreements expire at the end of Spring Quarter.

Monday, June 17, 2013 (All day) Final Deadline to file end of Spring Quarter or mid-Summer Termination of Occupancy

Final deadline for students living in Single Graduate, Couple, or Student with Children Housing to file a Termination of Occupancy form to leave at the end of Spring or mid-Summer Quarter. Students who renew his or her contract for the 2013-14 year are not eligible to terminate and will remain in contract for the entire Summer Quarter.
