2013 Commencement Weekend Lodging

Housing for the guests of graduating seniors
R&DE Student Housing is offering limited on-campus lodging for the guests of graduating students! Rooms are available: Friday June 14, after 5:00 p.m. through 10:00 a.m. Monday June 17.
REGISTRATION: Reservations for Commencement Weekend Lodging will be accepted ONLINE only this year. You may reserve more than one room and will need to register for each room separately. Full payment upon reservation is required. Reservations will open on March 11 and close on Monday, April 15, 2013* (at 11:59 p.m.).
* Reservations may close earlier than April 15 if we reach capacity.
COMMENCEMENT WEEKEND LODGING REGISTRATION FORM
ROOM LOCATIONS: Rooms will be in Stern and Wilbur Halls.
ELIGIBILITY: Guests of graduating students.
RATES:
Single: $87.50 per night (1 twin bed)
Double: $112.50 per night (2 twin beds)
SERVICE: Beds will be made upon arrival. Two towels, washcloth, soap and plastic cups are provided for each guest. Restrooms and showers are located down the hall or on another floor.
Guests will be staying in student rooms located in Stern and Wilbur Halls. Please note that a reservation guarantees housing for Commencement weekend but does not guarantee a specific residence. Please make sure that you and your guests will be comfortable with this dorm-style housing; the bathrooms and showers are down the hall (and in some cases on another floor), the dorms are NOT air-conditioned, and there are NO elevators in the buildings, only stairs. There is a single use ADA bathroom on the first floor of each residence. The beds will be made, but there is no daily cleaning service, no room service, and no in-room coffee maker. Meals are not available from the dining halls during Commencement Weekend. Please refer to the Local Eateries page for on-campus dining options. Parking is not available.
PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of registration. A credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only) will be required for payment.
REFUNDS: Cancellation requests received by Friday, May 24, 2013 will be fully refunded. Any cancellations after that date will not be refunded. Refunds will take up to two weeks to process. Please contact Julia Tsai at hfdwilbur@stanford.edu or call 650-736-9982 to cancel.
CHECK IN: Keys must be picked up between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Friday June 14 at Wilbur Housing Front Desk. The Wilbur Housing Front Desk will close at 7:00 p.m. The Housing Front Desk will not be open during Commencement weekend.
CHECK OUT: Keys must be returned to the local residence office of the building in which the guests are staying by 10:00 a.m. Monday June 17.
