During Autumn Quarter 2013, Oak Creek Apartments will be available as an option for single graduate students. During Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters, Oak Creek Apartments will be available as an option for upperclass undergraduate students (juniors and seniors, with priority given to students who are 21 or older) and for couples without children. These are luxury two-bedroom apartments for single students and studios and 1-bedroom apartments for couples, located just off the main campus on Sand Hill Road in a large complex with multiple buildings, secured lobbies, and interior corridors. Many amenities are included—swimming pools, sauna, tennis courts, weight room, billiards room, small movie theater. Oak Creek has beautiful green landscaped grounds, graced with towering oak trees and easily accessible bike paths and hiking trails.

Furnished by the University, each 2-bedroom apartment houses two graduate or three undergraduate students.  Each studio or 1-bedroom apartment houses one couple.

The apartments have air conditioning, and each apartment has one assigned space in an under-building parking garage. There is additional uncovered parking readily available. Stanford provides wireless DSL and basic phone service with free calls within the continental U.S. There are also many organized activities and classes such as pizza nights, book clubs, creative writing workshops, yoga classes, pilates, tennis tournaments, and more (some are offered at no charge, others require fees).

If you are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the R&DE section of Axess under the tab 'Forms and Petitions'. There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
