Arastradero West Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate and couples without children students. Single graduate students are assigned to two bedroom units. Couples without Children are assigned to one bedroom units. Both options are furnished by the University.  

Arastradero West Apartments is a quiet gated community with an abundance of amenities, including underground gated parking, elevators, exercise room, club house, swimming pool, sauna, ample laundry facilities, extra storage, large balconies, plus an attractive garden setting.

Furnished by the University, each two bedroom apartment houses two students while each one bedroom apartment houses one couple without children.

The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout. Each apartment has one assigned space in an under-building parking garage. Stanford provides wireless DSL and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

If you are assigned to Arastradero West Apartments and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the R&DE section of Axess under the tab 'Forms and Petitions'. There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
