Buildings are designated as having either academic-year or full-year contracts. Buildings on the academic-year contract are open to students autumn through spring term only. Students assigned to academic-year apartments will have to move off campus at the end of spring term or apply for summer in a different full-year residence. Students assigned to the full-year contract may file a termination to end their lease at the end of the spring quarter.
The number of spaces is approximate and varies slightly with demand.
All rates are approximate and subject to change.
First-year law student start their contract on 8/29 and their rent is prorated accordingly.
The number of Munger spaces designated as full-year versus academic-year contracts have not yet been determined.
Only 6 of the 220 spaces in Schwab are assigned by Housing Assignments. The remaining spaces are assigned to first year MBA students through Schwab directly.
Schwab residents start their contracts on 9/14/11 and end their contracts on 6/15/12.
