Monday, June 24, 2013 (All day) $550 Cancellation Fee Begins for Summer Quarter

$550 administrative fee begins for students who withdraw their application or cancel their assignment for Summer Quarter.

Withdrawal / Cancellation Fee Schedule for Summer Quarter Assignments:

  • May 14 - June 2, 2013 = $100
  • June 3 - June 14, 2013 = $250
  • June 15 - June 23, 2013 = $450
  • after June 23 (no show fee) = $550 plus applicable housing charges
Friday, July 5, 2013 (All day) Cancellation fee increases for Autumn Quarter

$250 cancellation fee begins for students cancelling 2013-14 Autumn Quarter Draw/Lottery assignments for Single Undergraduate, Single Graduate, Couple without Children, and Student with Children housing. Incoming freshmen and undergraduate transfer students will receive their housing assignments in August.

  • July 5 - August 9, 2013 = $250
  • August 10 - August 23, 2013 = $350
  • August 24 - September 2, 2013 = $450
