2013-14 Autumn Quarter Draw assignments announced at 6:00 p.m. for Single Undergraduate Student housing. Incoming freshmen and undergraduate transfer students will receive their housing assignments in August.

Withdrawal / Cancellation Fee Schedule for Autumn Quarter Assignments:

  • May 14 - July 4, 2013 = $100
  • July 5 - August 9, 2013 = $250
  • August 10 - August 23, 2013 = $350
  • August 24 - September 2, 2013 = $450
  • September 3, 2013 and after (no show) = $550 plus applicable housing charges

Saturday, June 1, 2013 (All day) $250 Late Termination Fee Begins for filing to leave at the end of Spring Quarter

$250 administrative fee begins for students who file a late Termination of Occupancy form to move out at the end of Spring Quarter.

 

Termination of Occupancy Fee Schedule for leaving at the end of Spring Quarter*

  • May 3, 2013 or before = no fee
  • May 4 - May 31, 2013 = $100
  • June 1 - June 14, 2013 = $250
  • June 15 or after = $450

*These dates apply only to students who have signed full-year contracts. Students who have signed academic-year only contracts do not need to complete a Termination of Occupancy form for the end of Spring Quarter because their Residence Agreements expire at the end of Spring Quarter.

Move out date for students living in Single Undergraduate Housing who do not have a Summer Quarter housing contract. Students must move out by 8:00 a.m. unless they are officially participating in commencement. (See Monday, June 17, 2013 for details.)

End of Spring Quarter Single Undergraduate Housing.

  • Graduating students in Single Undergraduate Housing are permitted to remain in housing until 2:00 PM.
  • Upon approval, Single Undergraduate Housing residents participating in Commencement may be allowed to extend their stay until 8:00 AM.
