Thank you so much for serving dates at breakfast and brunch at Arrillaga! They are the perfect complement to my yogurt and oatmeal, and I was so excited to see them being served.

 

The staff at Wilbur goes out of their way to talk to students, and develop a relationship with residents. Carole learns students' names, and creates a great atmosphere.I love eating at Wilbur because it feels like a home, not a restaurant. Thank you!

 

Thanks for the Wilbur yogurt parfait with plain yogurt, frozen raspberries, and walnuts! It was the greatest combo for a healthy dessert on a hot day! I thik that should be a permanent addition to the meals...

 

Dinner was wonderful at Arrillaga tonight! Everything from the moist chicken to the sweet potatoes, sauteed kale, and parmesan eggplant!!! Thanks for a great meal!

 

The red lentil soup tonight at dinner at Lakeside was delicious! I think you've served it a couple of times before, but I would love to see  it more often. The breakfast potatoes the past few days have also been really great; I don't know about others, but I like them much more than the tater tots. Thanks for everything you do!

 

I really like it when the veggies are not cooked to mush. Tonight at Arrillaga, they had a little crunch left in them which was great - just how my mom makes them.

 

Dinner at Arrillaga was awesome tonight!!! The roasted rainbow beets in orange juice are my favorite way of making beets! Also the roasted tri-colored cauliflower and carrots were delicious! Lastly, the roasted chicken in plum sauce was a first for me and definitely a new favorite! Moist and delicious flavoring! Love the Swiss chard too! Thanks so much for making such amazing and healthy food!

 

Everyone at Arrillaga is so nice that I hesitate to praise particular individuals, but tonight I want to give a special shout out to Solomon and Rosa. Solomon is often there monitoring the front desk. He is so friendly and nice - and not just to me - but to everyone that I see pass by. What a wonderful welcome to the dining hall! And, if I ask him any questions, he does his best to help as much as possible. I also want to thank Rosa. She is another very friendly employee who always says hello and tries to help if I have any concerns, e.g. an empty soy sauce bottle. Again, I feel a little bad mentioning just these two names because there service is top-notch across the board. But, for tonight I'll offer my special gratitude to Solomon and Rosa.  Thank you to all!

 

I LOVE ALL OF THE SQUASH--acorn squash, butternut squash, squash and lentil soup. Please keep it coming!!!!

 

The fruit tarts at dinner were literally the most amazing desserts ever (after the creme brulee that one time)! Bring them back :)
