Stanford University now requires all individuals to sign a waiver form in order to participate in conferences held on campus. Please review this document for further information.

We cannot accept any cancellations, changes, or new meeting space or classroom requests within 7 days before your event.
Mail and Package Policy:
Conference Front Desks will no longer receive mail or packages for conference clients.
