Job Title: Senior CAD Engineer
 
Job Description:
 
The position involves working in a software development team to deliver
cuting edge simulation tools to assist lithography process development.
In particular, the individual will develop, maintain, and support
rigorous electromagnetic simulation tools, both time-domain and
frequency domain. Armed with a deep understanding of light propagation
through various media, the candidate will be expected to apply such
tools to solve fundamental problems in technology development. The
individual will also be required to interface with a large, diverse
group of engineers to collect and prioritize software requirements, to
be able to project technology needs in the future, and to efficiently
address all these needs. 
 
 
 
Qualification/Experience and Education:
 
The candidate should have a Ph.D in EE, Physics, or related disciplines,
and should have had graduate level courses/projects on electromagnetic
theory. It would be desirable to have a good understanding of the optics
of image formation, photolithography, and OPC technology. Experience in
programming, preferrably in C++, is required. Familiarity with
Technology CAD tools (numerical process simulators) is an added
qualification. Good communication skills are required.
