Don’t hesitate to sign-up for an awesome and invigorating workout like you’ve never experienced! No purchase is required to try out a class for the first time, so utilize our “First Session Free” policy. Please see below for Class Participation Procedures

These pulsating 45-minute classes welcome all levels—beginning, intermediate & advanced.  Participants determine the level of intensity, enabling everyone to finish strong.  Instructors will take participants through jumps, hill climbs, intervals and coasts.

Dates: June 29 - August 27

Monday 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

7 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.

*All Classes are 45 minutes long.

Location: Arrillaga Center for Sports & Recreation (ACSR) Fitness Center

Cost: Quarter Pass (unlimited classes all quarter)
  $50 Students
  $70 Faculty/Staff
  $80 Stanford Community*
  One-Class Pass $5

*Stanford Community members are Dependents, Spouses, or
Partners of a Student, Faculty or Staff.

Note: For those benefits-eligible University faculty and staff who have completed Steps 1 & 2 of the 2009 Employee Incentive Program, found at BeWell.stanford.edu, the cycling classes can be taken for $20.

How to Register:
Registration for classes takes place at the Front Desk of the ACSR. Students, faculty, staff & Stanford community can purchase a Quarter Pass to participate
in an unlimited number of classes per week throughout the entire quarter or may purchase
a One-Class Pass to participate on a drop-in basis. Please fill out the
Student Registration Form or the Non-Student Registration Form as part of the registration process.

No purchase is required to try out a class for the first time, so utilize our “First Session Free” policy. 

 

Class Participation Procedures:


All Indoor Cycling Participants are to check-in with the Fitness Center Supervisor at the bikes, located in the Fitness Center of the ACSR. 

If you are a One-Class Pass Holder ($5.00 pass-purchased at the ACSR Front Desk the day of the class), you must have your receipt to give to the Supervisor when you check-in.

Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to class.

Please note:  Quarter Pass Holders have 1st priority of bikes up until 15 minutes prior to the start of class.  After which time, One-Class Pass Holders and First Time Free participants will have choice of their bike.
