Lifestyle Fitness Challenge (84)
Designing a lifestyle exercise program to promote a well-being. Goal-setting, cardiovascular fitness, exercise, nutrition and diet, and stress management. Cognitive and physical components. Fitness assessment at start and end of the quarter. These units are academic units.
