10 Weeks to a Fitter You
Our NEW “10-Weeks to a Fitter YOU” Program includes a Fitness Coach who will assess your fitness, give you a program to follow, and track your progress and make tweaks along the way. This program is designed to get you serious fitness results with the guidance of your coach over the period of 10 weeks.
This program includes:
• An initial fitness assessment and consultation with a fitness coach, as well as a final assessment at the end of the 10 weeks!
• A full fitness program to follow with workouts and logs; and a new program with progression provided every 3-4 weeks.
• Two additional consultation appointments (for a total of 4 consultations) with your coach over the course of 10 weeks to go over your plan, and make adjustments.
*Please note: this is NOT a personal training package. This does not include 1-1 personal training sessions with your coach. It includes a plan to follow, along with expert guidance to help you succeed along the way. If you are interested in 1-1 personal training sessions, please purchase a personal training package from our Personal Training section.

Born in Vietnam, Nina Nguyen first started learning martial arts at the tender age of 4 years old; by age 15, she had joined her first Olympic Tae Kwon Do team. During her teenage years, she traveled around the world working as a volunteer for orphans who were victims of natural disasters such as tsunamis where she learned of various cultures around Asia. It was from this experience that Nina began to embrace the importance of health and strength.

Jonathan Sargent has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He works with all levels of individuals, and specializes in strength and power, speed, agility, endurance, sports injury prevention, low back pain, and TRX Suspension Training.
PTA Global, NASM, NCEP, ISSA, Reebok University (Scientific Core Training), Certified Nutritional Counselor, educated in partner-assisted stretching and flexibility, TRX Suspension Training Credentials.
Clients include professional and semi-professional athletes from San Jose Sharks, Woman’s 2002 Cal State Softball Champions and UCLA Woman’s Volleyball, in addition to Fitness and Beauty contestants, Skateboarding, Surfing, and Golf enthusiasts.
Programs are designed to increase a client’s ability and education and to provide a lifetime of fitness and total well-being. Jonathan has used over 20 years of experience to work with a variety of needs.
