What is SHALA?
SHALA is the Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment which is part of Step 1 of the BeWell Employee Incentive Program. All benefits eligible faculty and staff can take the SHALA, receive $150 taxable reward. What is the ticket promotion?
BeWell Athletic Event Ticket Promotion is an Athletic Department and BeWell co-sponsored promotion allowing all benefits eligible Stanford employees who have completed the 2009 Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment (SHALA) to get 4 tickets to 4 different athletic events this fall.
Can I choose what games I want to attend?
The games have been pre-selected and listed below*
September 18 – Women’s volleyball vs University of San Francisco
October 3 – Football vs UCLA
November 6 – Men’s basketball vs Sonoma State
December 15 – Women’s basketball vs Duke

How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after you complete the SHALA you will receive an email with a link to the registration for the tickets.* Vouchers for tickets will be delivered through campus mail based on the mail code you provide during the registration process. All vouchers must be redeemed at the ticket office the day of the event. Stanford staff ID required.
• The 10/3 Football game v. UCLA begins at 12:30pm and the ticket office will open at 9am.
• For the basketball games, the ticket office at Maples Pavilion will open 1 hour prior to tip-off.

Can someone else pick up my tickets?
No – all tickets must be picked up by a Stanford staff member with appropriate Stanford ID and voucher at the game site ticket office.
Can the tickets be traded for other games?
Unfortunately not as the games were pre-selected.
