Registration On-Campus Drop Off: Stanford Athletics, PE, Recreation & Wellness Office in Burnham Pavilion (Office door faces Galvez Street)

• $100 Deposit required ($50 non-refundable)
• Checks payable to “Stanford Athletics” (specify camper name and session in note)
• Paper registration will be input as received, but camp can fill through on-line registration
