Rabbi To Join University Staff   A rabbi will join the university church staff for the first time in history, one of a trio of recently appointed deans of religious life. Robert Gregg, dean of the chapel, said the appointment of Patricia Karlin-Neumann “marks the beginning of a new era and acknowledges the religious diversity of the Stanford community.”
