University, including eligibility, benefit amounts, retirement
contributions, or about your own benefits, visit the

DIVORCE: Where can I find information regarding
University benefits in connection with a divorce or legal separation?
If you are involved in a divorce or separation and would
like information about your Stanford benefits, about a qualified domestic
relations order (QDRO), or about a qualified medical child
support order (QMCSO), look in the "Life Events" section of the
Stanford
Benefits Website at benefits.stanford.edu. You may also
call Stanford Benefits at (877) 905-2985 and press option 2 for issues
related to
your 403(b) plan, or press option 9 for questions about
your medical and life benefits.

HOSPITALS: I am employed at one of the Stanford Hospitals;
where can I find information about my benefits?
If you have questions about the benefit plans offered for
employees of the Hospitals, including eligibility, benefit amounts, or other
terms, or if you have questions about your own benefits, contact the SHC
Human Resources Office at (650) 723-5734 or benefits@ medcenter.stanford.edu.
If you have legal questions about the Hospitals' benefit plans (but not
about your own benefits), contact the Office of the General Counsel.
