Mr. Hudnall's practice covers a wide spectrum of business and endowment activities including development, leasing, land use and zoning of Stanford's academic and commercial lands; real estate investments; venture capital and similar investments; acquisition and disposition of gift properties; environmental issues; bond and bank borrowings; research and commercial contracts; consortium arrangements; income and property taxation; legislative and regulatory matters; and overseas campuses.

Mr. Hudnall graduated from Stanford Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Princeton. He came to Stanford from Carlsmith, Carlsmith, Wichman & Case, a law firm based in Honolulu.
