Patrick Dunkley is a Senior University Counsel specializing in business law related matters. Mr. Dunkley began his legal career with Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP (now, Pillsbury Winthrop) in 1990 where he started as an associate and and was later promoted to a partner in Pillsbury's Silicon Valley Office. After leaving Pillsbury Mr. Dunkley joined Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a market leader in the securities broker-dealer industry where he was a Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to commencing his legal career Mr. Dunkley earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting after which he earned a Certified Public Accountant license and practiced as a CPA for seven years.
