Ms. DiBoise received her bachelor's degree with distinction from Stanford University in 1978 and her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, in 1982, Order of the Coif. As Chief Hospital Counsel, Ms. DiBoise specializes in Contracts, Fraud and Abuse, General Health Law, Hospitals, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Issues.

Ms. DiBoise is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, American Health Lawyers Association, and the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys.
