Demos of Kronos Time and Leave System
(using online forms to report hours worked or leave taken)

Live demonstrations for how to report hours, how to report leave, how to print reports, and how supervisors will review and approve employee timecards (separate sessions for employees and supervisors). No registration is necessary; first come, first served for seating. Payroll representatives will be in attendance to answer questions regarding employee time or leave reporting.

Kronos Administrator Training

Additional training to learn the new interface and the management of multiple job processes is required.

Updated training manual materials will be distributed at the training sessions and will be available online beginning July 25, 2005 from the Payroll Office web site.

Online Training

Short tutorials of how to use Kronos version 5 online (Time and Attendance) forms will be available in June, 2005.

Note: There is no change to using a time clock related to the Kronos upgrade.
