Mute

The Mute feature allows you to listen to a conversation without being heard. This can be useful in situations such as a conference call where you only want to listen, not participate. The Mute feature applies to the speakerphone, headset, and handset.

The Mute feature is not available on IP Phone 2001 sets.

Mute a Call

1. Press the Mute button.
   The Mute indicator lights when this feature is in use.

Return to Two-way Conversation

1. Press the Mute button.
   The Mute indicator is off when the feature is not in use.
