Message Waiting

If applicable for your IP phone set, the following indicators can alert you that you have a message waiting:

• The message indicator, located at the top of the set, is solid red.
• The arrow indicator next to the Message Feature key is solid.
• An envelope icon appears on the left side of the display.

Check Waiting Messages

1. Press the Message Feature key.
   The voice mail system answers, plays your name as you recorded it during the initialization process, and prompts you to enter your password.
   
   
2. Enter you mailbox password.
   The system responds with the status of any messages in the mailbox and prompts you with the "Main Menu" selections.
   
   
3. Review your messages.
   Your message indicator is automatically turned off after you listen to your new messages.
   
   
4. Press the Goodbye key to end the call.
