Using Directed Call Pickup on a Single-line Phone

Directed Call Pickkup allows you to use your phone to answer a specific call ringing on another phone.

1. Dial: * 9 1
   You hear three beeps followed by dial tone and the call is placed "on hold."
   
   
2. Dial: 5-digit number (associated with the ringing line)
   The call is immediately transferred to your phone.
