Technical Analyst Group
What We Do
The Technical Analyst Group provides assistance to clients (faculty, staff, students, affiliates) on a wide range of desktop issues. Areas of support include
- connectivity (ethernet, wireless, dial-up, DSL),
- operating systems (Windows and Macintosh),
- Essential Stanford Software, and
- OnCall Services.
The group also helps clients with issues related to Stanford's services infrastructure such as authentication and authorization for services—from email to business applications to downloading software.
Clients are not charged for services provided by the Technical Analyst Group; assistance is limited to what can be provided by email and phone.
