Quality Assurance
What We Do
IT Services' Quality assurance (QA) organization strives to ensure that the services we provide meet our customers' needs. We coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards, and we also monitor and advise on the performance of the system or service and produce related data and reports. Finally, we work with cross-functional teams within IT Services and our clients throughout the University to ensure that our systems and services are functioning properly.
