Installation and Maintenance
What We Do
The Installation and Maintenance Group (I&M) is responsible for all fieldwork for client production systems, 24X7 maintenance, moves, adds, and changes including specialty circuits such as point-to-point copper, campus card, CATV, and fiber. Additionally, the I&M staff are responsible for the field repair of end user production services as directed by the MEM group. I&M also provides game and event staffing support for the athletics department teams, vendors, and network broadcast communication.
