Documentation, Training, and Licensing
What We Do
Documentation, Training, and Licensing is made up of four groups of people who provide services to units across IT Services and Stanford that aid in the successful deployment of systems and services. By combining like resources into centralized units, IT Services is able to perform these tasks in a manner that provides consistent standards and avoids duplication of service.
- Documentation, Design, and Development creates and maintains service support materials related to information technology at Stanford, both online and print, most often client documentation related to IT Services services. more details...
- Technology Training coordinates and provides training opportunities related to the use of computers and applications commonly used by Stanford faculty, staff, and students. more details...
- Software Licensing works with vendors to make commonly used software less expensive for members of the University community. more details...
- Campus Readiness works to ensure the Stanford community is prepared for any service launches or changes introduced by IT Services.
