Computer service web site maintenance
A list of Stanford computing service web sites appears below. Content on these sites is maintained by various Stanford IT organizations. (The list is comprehensive, but not exhaustive. If you know of a Stanford web site that you think should be included here, please submit a HelpSU ticket at itswebdoc.stanford.edu.) The sites have been categorized by the type of content, i.e., as an informational site about a service such as email, as a Stanford web middleware/infrastructure site such as Sponsorship Manager, or as a web-based application such as Oracle. Within each section, the listings are arranged alphabetically by service and application name (which usually but not always matches the service folder name). The third column on the right lists the organization that owns and maintains the site. In some cases, the owner and maintainer are the same. In other cases, such as most IT Services informational sites, the owner and the maintainer differ.
The Documentation, Design, and Delivery (DDD) team in Client Support works with IT Services service/product managers to update or correct the content of most IT Services-owned informational sites. These sites are identified by the gray background in the Content Owner cell. Other sites are maintained by the group or department identified in the Content Owner column. Please contact them directly if you believe that a site requires updating or other corrections. Updates to web application and infrastructure sites are the responsibility of the individual business owners, product managers, and operations owners.
If you are convinced that a site referenced here needs to be updated or corrected, you should first contact the individual content owner. If you have difficulty identifying or contacting the content owner, please submit a HelpSU ticket at itswebdoc.stanford.edu.
