Communications Systems

What We Do

The Communications Systems group is responsible for a range of systems supporting both the University and Hospital voice infrastructure. This includes planning, installation, resource management, maintenance and administration of enterprise voice Private Branch exchange (PBX) including access to the Public Switched Telephone Network, plus Voice over IP (VoIP), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Voice Mail (VM), Enhanced Call Processing (ECPs), Operator Services platform, and RF paging.
