Business Analysis

What We Do

The Business Service Analysis Team applies advanced financial and business expertise to deliver decision support to IT Services executive management, and to influence departmental objectives. We are an integral part of cross-functional service teams, which manage service line strategies and ensure that quality services are delivered to satisfied clients.

Our mission is to provide fiscal strategies to ensure the long-term financial viability and sustainability of central information technology services to the University.
